Studio rental Information

“Every time frame, Leici only accepts one booking to bring privacy and creative freedom to your ideas. Separate studio space of 90m2, an infinity background size 7*4*4 m, skylight for concepts these need natural light.”

- Rental fee
  The usage fee is hourly and does not include VAT.
  – First hour: 300,000 VND
  – Block 5 hours: 1,300,000 VND
  – Block 8 hours: 2,000,000 VND
  Customers have 30 minutes of preparation for 2 hours of booking or more. After 30 minutes, It will be charged 100,000 VND/hour for preparing & setting up.
  The studio remains open upon request.

- Reservation
  1) Please check the available schedule at booking schedule, choose your booking time, fill in the information, and make a reservation.
  2) After submitting the booking requirement, and “booking deposit (300,000 VND)”, the booked schedule will be confirmed by the staff. Customers may check the booked schedule in the studio calendar.

- Tethered photography
  Shooting tethered with IMac M1 24 Inch and tether tools.
  Surcharge: 300,000 VND/session.
  Tether: 50,000 VND/session (separate rental).

- Surcharge
  1) Coming early to make up before 8 am: surcharge of 150,000/hour.
  2) Using the studio after 10 pm, the studio fee is 300,000/hour.
  3) Setup infinity green background: 200,000 VND.
  4) In case of exceeding the standard number of people, the surcharge is:

  .Ekip ≥ 15 people: surcharge 100,000 VND/session
  .Ekip ≥ 20 people: surcharge 200,000 VND/session
  .Ekip ≥ 30 people: surcharge 300,000 VND/session
  .Ekip ≥ 40 people: surcharge 400,000 VND/session
  .Ekip ≥ 50 people: surcharge 500,000 VND/session

- Cancel reservation
  Please contact us if there are any changes in the schedule for a full refund.
  No refund for cancellations made 4 days before the photoshoot.

- Change booked schedule
  From the date of booking to 2 days before the photoshoot, all changes are free.
  The changing made 48 hours before photoshoot will be deducted 100,000 VND from the deposit fee.

- Parking
  There is comfortable parking for both cars and motorbikes.

- Recomendations
  If the shooting or filming is important, you should come to see the studio first. There are some old pictures, and accessories that can be changed.
